Why are the officers rushed out of the scene so fast?? I saw another video like this but the officer was put in release pay or something like that.

Watching this again, it seems one of the neighbors called 911, then happily stood just feet away while the parents of the murdered boy were basically scolded by the police for grieving.
Does anyone know what the initial call was for? Probably some type of "disturbance" – Seeing this shameful behavior of cops helping cops cover cops' tracks is the real disturbance.
