  1. Did anybody else get creeped out by this shit? Kinda like the old man who gives out candy to kids just to be friendly. Like, no thanks officer. it’s most likely just an excuse to stop and talk to people, maybe see if they can arrest them for something.

  2. Dude I don't see how the fuck you could live in California I would love to know the massive amount of laws that are on the books in that state. Un fucking believable

  3. So the punishment for riding your bike is you don't get a Popsicle. After you refused your prize you should have hopped on your bike and rode away.

  4. My parents raised me to never take gifts from strange people who approach me on the street. Last year alone… just under 10.7 million people disappeared into concrete and steel cages when they came into contact with one (or more) of these perverted criminals.

  5. That’s how a public servant should behave! Or should say act cause I know they’d rather be giving people hell than popsicles

  6. America is becoming like the movie Idiocracy. Police officers passing out popsicles to grown men instead of solving egregious crimes. I bet they are all making over 100k too. Haha what a joke.

  7. I'd have picked the blue Isis lolly 😂

I can't believe they'd put so many cops on that sort of duty. Utterly pathetic.

We don't have, or need, that many cops covering our city here in my country, nevermind a waterfront.

If you did that you'd be branded a peadophile.

  8. Is it nice for the cops to give out free Popsicle? NO. They are undermining a legitimate business that sells products like popsicles. A business that pays taxes, a business that is registered with the state. They should be giving a free speeding pass away or a free no search pass away.

  9. Onus News Service this video right here makes me think of a time when I was auditing a post office and one of the employees offered me a bottle of water. Great video. You are a fascinating man. Let's film together this weekend.
