  1. That's a Beretta PX4 Storm, and it looks like the bullets are .40 S&W. That extended mag is probably between 25 and 30 rounds. That's not "standard capacity" for any handgun. Stancap for a defensive-caliber handgun (depending on specific caliber and model) is anywhere between 7 and 17, although with modified floor plates you can get about 20 if you're using 9mm or .380.

  2. Must have been high capacity bags of marijuana. I'm surprised you didn't film longer. Maybe we would have gotten more insight into the incident. Partial stories do not tell the whole truth.

  3. California only wants bad guys and super rich guys hold and carry a gun.. if your a normal every day person you do not legally have the right to own a weapon…

  4. Ruger p series, and a 30 round extended capacity magazine, also the smaller mag looks to be a standard capacity 15 round, illegal in California.

  5. This is CLEARLY a bisness man being harased while at his job doing home delivery of weed with a required gun for the job that should have been registed. Probibly working for a LLC company such as like bisness calld "THE GOOD GUYS" that have been makeing home deliverys for many years without any known violance or harm to anyone. Just because YOU do not approve of the bisness dose not make it Illegal. The problem here is the clip size which will be being turnd over in the Supreme Court, and possibly gun(s) not being registed. Very weak case for the cops and DA to take to court.

  6. From a forensic science aspect the officers "inspecting" the weapon and the small metal case with packets inside are in desperate need of retraining. There curiosity needs to be curtailed until a professional examiner is on scene.
