  9. We lost a family of 3 in Long Beach California due to a DUI Driver Husband Wife and their little son were hit and killed on the sidewalk while walking minding thier own business.DUI suspect already bonded out Smh

  13. Never roll your window down more then 2" and never roll down more than one window at a time. If you roll two windows down at the same time you create a draft which they can say they smell something. Also if an officer says he smells alcohol and you have a good lawyer, the lawyer in court will point out alcohol doesn't have a smell it's what the alcohol is flavored with gives it its smell.

  34. Field Sobriety Tests are VOLUNTARY. Always refuse. The "smelling marijuana" ploy is just a sign of a total police state, absolute, crushing power invoked as easily as possible.

  35. The “smell” of alcohol or marijuana being used as probable cause is as absurd as being automatically guilty for speeding because you drive a sports car. Alcohol and marijuana are legal in California. A mere odor does not make you automatically guilty of being intoxicated/ impaired and does not warrant enough probable cause to detain.
