1. I think the only test you are required to take is the breathalyzer test if you drive in California.

2. You guys should hold up signs that say, " you are not required by any law to perform field sobriety tests, respectfully decline any testing." 99% of people do not know this.

8. Calling in a suspected drunk driver can get you called into court by the DA. It happed to me. I will never call the cops again – PERIOD.

9. Are they not supposed to allow a opt out turn off access? So one doesn't have to go thru.. Ur not supposed to be singled out if you turn off and not enter the check point.

11. about 15 years ago while in college, i was at my friends house, we weren't drinking or doing drugs, we were playing playstation 2. he left to go rent a game at Family Video, and he never returned lol. he went through a DUI checkpoint about a minute from his house, and although he wasn't drunk, he had a warrant for his arrest for an unpaid Noise Violation ticket. i always laugh when i think about DUI checkpoints and how he never returned with the game. we have been in a police state my whole life, it's just the internet is able to showcase how bad the situation really is. i pray everyone wakes up to the lies of 911 and sandy hoax and all the other fake shootings and the NASA frauds, please everyone, it's time to wake up.
