Feb 5th, 2017 : Spectators and participants arrived in Compton for the sideshow and takeover events. Officers with the California Highway Patrol observed a red BMW doing donuts in the intersection of Redondo Beach Blvd and Main St. Inside the vehicle were 5 other individuals, including 3 children under the age of 5.
