  1. I GOT AN ANSWER FOR YOU TO ALL THAT STUFF MOVE OUT !!!!!!!!! AND FIND A PLACE THAT ALLOWS YOU THE FREEDOM TO CARRY CCW IF YOU DECIDE

  2. I can't find it but I think its only if you don't have A Sheriff the Police Chiefs can issue CCW than. The Sheriff the TOP cop of the whole County and City.

  3. It goes to show you, that cops do not read nor understand the second amendment of our Bill of Rights amended in the Constitution of the United States.. That was a good interview, and had this officer simple stated that the right to bare arms would be protected under his watch, he would have had loads of supporters.. What a shame…

  4. This Lt Hoffman is talking more like a slick politician than a would-be police chief already committed to a good cause.  He's just a typical candidate avoiding controversial subjects and giving politically-correct answers skirting both sides of the fence. He is also ignorant of pertinent issues, or just playing dumb, so I say …… NEXT ……

  5. I personally like Joe Hoffman and am working on a video endorsing him for now and in the future.
Of course Katman doesn't play favorites and always keeps focused on the big picture…especially the constitution and your rights as a resident in the United States of America.

  6. For viewers who live in a free state, this video might not make sense to you.  California is a "may issue" state which means city police chiefs and county sheriffs get to decide who they issue concealed weapons permits to.
The result of this is that 80% of residents live in an area where the chiefs and sheriffs flat out refuse to issue permits to anyone (unless you are a celebrity or donated large sums of money to campaigns).
Currently there is a lawsuit seeking to overturn the state law.  This case is Peruta vs Bill Gore (sheriff of San Diego County).
