  13. All LAPDs n LASDs are like this when they are called to a scene or are driving by and see another unit conducting a stop. When they "check up" on the other unit they are just there to kick back while on the clock 😂😂 a bitch cop turned the a/c off and put the windows up on me before for not snitching😷🙊 they we chilling deep for 40 minutes 😥 they were butthurt

  15. Ok, I comment on a full grown man that does not know how to pull up his pants. In regards to Katman setting up a site hosted by someone other than YouTube, unfortunately this is where things are headed for independent news, It is possible through the right internet service provider to "home host" your website. That is you have the actual server(s) at your location and under your control. I did this home hosting for the last time back in 2009. It is a good amount of work and you do need some additional technical skills but it does not require a major outlay of cash for high end equipment. The thing with the type of home hosting I did was I was limited to just how many people could log on at the same time. Oh, how did I learn how to home host my website? Well the Community College in my town was against teaching students how to home host (I was a Network Administration student) but I figured it out with the help of videos on YouTube,ha!

  26. It seems like cuffing guys, pulling their clothes up and taking pics of tattoos is a type of search and seizure of “evidence” they are not entitled to if no arrest has been made. Many times after the collection of pics, the “suspects” are released, usually after talking unnecessarily, allowing cops to fill out field interview cards.
