  1. Why do people drive with no headlights even though there headlights work, seriously don't get the point of that like wtf

  2. Instead of unconstitutional stops why don't marked police vehicles simply park in front of bars and stop people who exit the bar and drive away in their vehicles? Lots of probable cause to stop…

  3. I keep returning to your channel over others because of the manner in which you explain the laws; many other channels miss out on this very important component. The in-depth information you provide actually exposes more of the problems in my opinion and the impromptu interviews with officers takes us a little beyond observation alone, both when the interviewees come across as ethical or as corrupt.

  4. If they are not DUI why should they refuse the test even it is by the law ?  you said they will have to wait longer & being searched !

  5. Sir, is it your understanding that we are not obligated to take any FSTs prior to being placed under arrest? FSTs including breathalizer and/or physical agility tests?

  6. Hey if your against DUI checkpoints, shame on you. It benefits everyone. Those who are drunk should not be driving and prevent a traffic collision with innocent driviers or a kid crossing or a family crossing from getting seriously injured or killed by a drunk driver. This checkpoints also get anyone who are in a way "cheating" law, etc, owner of vehicle has not paid their registration. Things that are small can lead to something big. Ex. this person has a stolen car on his way to make a serious crime but he approaches a checkpoint, guess what, law enforcement just pervent a crime from occurring..get the pig picture.

I will gladly go through one, I am not hiding anything, nor a criminal. I am a law abiding citizen.

  7. the important thing to remember is to pay attention and look ahead where ever you are driving. the cops love to put checkpoints in places where there are no side streets to turn down, effectively forcing you through the checkpoint. don't forget they check for everything including any possible fix-it ticket violation you can imagine. however these LAPD in this video are actually acting very nice, other municipalities in southern california are the gestapo on steroids.

  8. The light set-up on that slicktop is different than any other LAPD slicktop model that I've seen. Usually its the two lights in front of the rear-view mirror and two lights on the left behind the rear windscreen. Also there aren't any grill lights. Wonder if they decided to change the light set up on the vics just before retiring them.
