  1. 13 Minutes in and I sit here thinking to myself how did I possibly get arrested at a LAPD checkpoint when press is so free in this video. No sooner than I thought it and you answered the question. This was run by officer Inman who we have recorded many times. Sergeant Tomeo has got to be one of the bigger idiots I can recall meeting ever and he proudly arrests innocent people when he isn't too busy threatening them for walking on a sidewalk. LAPD should remove Tomeo before he strikes again costing the city in more way$ than one. Next time we see him send him packing. No joke. I am looking forward to it.

  3. You can by law avoid a checkpoint so long as you do so legally according to driving laws. They aren't even allowed to follow you. That chick with the passport was fking cute tho!

  5. I've seen one of your videos, this one. If this is how you conduct yourself when you're out there doing your thing, good job. Hard to watch some of those videos when the photographer is deliberately abrasive, then wonder why officers get overwhelmed emotionally.

  6. actually, if her vehicle is not registered, she absolutely can have a passport and no drivers license. that's the best way to travel.

My chemistry teacher told us if we were ever pulled over for DUI to take as many long deep breaths as you can over and over to get as much oxygen into your system as possible ha..he was a retired cop I have no idea why he told us that I'm sure it had something to do with his lecture but ya oxygen works haha

  13. When they do this to you as soon as the officer walks up to the car the first words out of your mouth shod be dang officer I smell alcohol from your breath right after you walk up to my car have you bean drinking tonight officer

  15. These tests are just crazy, just do a roadside breath test! Takes a fraction of the time to do and is lot more accurate than someones opinion.

  25. You can legally avoid a check point as long as you don't commit a traffic infraction. If the police come after you after you have avoided the checkpoint they can no longer legally pull you over.

  26. Lol the water trick doesn't work. You'd need to chug 3 gallons in matter of of a minute. Then you'd be water boarded and in a ambulance.

  34. Marina Del Rey is sheriff’s jurisdiction, not LAPD. They can enforce in each other’s area but they probably wouldn’t do a full on checkpoint in someone else’s area.

  39. All these sheeple willingly performing the field sobriety tests. I have been sober several years now, and would not do these tests on principle alone. Good video, a couple of cuties getting pulled over.

  42. So they pull over people for making U-turns but aren’t they supposed to provide a turn off prior to the checkpoint? Which the cop readily admits they’re lookin for u-turns.

  44. As an Artist from London that will be moving to LA I would love to be able to go out for one whole day in the back of a patrol car to get a real feel for the city and get to see the great work the LAPD do, they really must have the patience of a saint at times
