  1. In LAPD you have traffic cops and you have street cops. It is very unusual for a traffic cop to get dispatched to handle a crime other than traffic. ( assault, burglary, family dispute, arson, rape, etc.,) They live in a world where their ticket recap and ability to hand out a ticket shapes their perception of duty and authority. If a street cop got butt hurt and arrested every one who yelled or called him a mother f—-er, he would be perceived differently by his peers, not to mention the dets giving booking approval or the city attorneys who won't file a bullshit arrest. The traffic guys do a good job of protecting us from drunk and reckless drivers and that is good. They were instructed on civil rights in the academy, but they may want to brush up on the 1st Amendment.

  2. The female police officer it’s ready to attack you can see the anger and hate on her face !!! She is lucky there’s a camera 📷 around

  3. After watching this, you need to educate yourself. Look up the differences between arrest and detention. Sgt Tomeo clearly said he was detaining her. They took the handcuffs off and were probably going to let her go. But based off her actions and the fact her friend was arrested for driving under the influence, leads me to think that she as well was under the influence. That being said it is illegal to be drunk in public.

  4. She can sue the cop who arrested and all others for not intervening they are all guilty by conspiracy for allowing her rights to be violated

  5. Tomato, yes I said it right tomato that’s one of the LAs finest pieces of shit. I feel sorry for anyone that has to live around him. Tyrant 😈

  6. How is it that this officer has a job. I hope she sues him and the department even for attempted suppression of her free speech.
