I mean once on public roads your car is considered exposed to public, and according to law you are not allowed to smoke marijuana in public, so the stop was totally legit. Then according to officer suspect started riching in his waistband so he called backup. Suspect then was let go with a warning. What exactly about this event you are criticizing? It was a stop with legit reason, no force was used although suspect was non compliant and they even worked with him! So what’s wrong?
