  1. you really have nothing better to do than give the officers that save lives a hard time… go vote for hillary you fucking clown

  2. So you're a loser who gets off on watching and filming some unfortunate stranger getting busted for DUI and the cops pissed on your schadenfreude parade. Oh boohoo for you.
This isn't 'journalism' by any stretch of the imagination. Get a life.
'Onus News Service'? Where's your pressroom? Mom's basement?

  3. they didn't want the test on film he past but the called him guilty before he even got out of his car

  4. It would be great if you had a telescopic pole that you could raise the camera to about 12 feet in the air so his blocking would be worthless. Damn cops.

  5. The only thing that municipalities understand is force. The force you can apply is via legal means – call the city attorney office and let them know you will be filing a multifaceted lawsuit to address their prior restraint of your constitutional right to engage in free press and that the damages are real and significant. Also insist on retraining the entire department on the role of media and how to not interfere in media's right to gather news and other information.

  6. Take the man to the police station if you don't want him recorded while in PUBLIC.

These pigs are too much. I wonder where Paco and Jose would be working if they weren't pigs? I'm guessing McDonalds.

  7. Ok if the guy I am fliming doesn't want to be filmed I will blur him out yet y'all I will film all the fucking day long. That would have been my response to those dumb-asses.

  8. The real story here is that checkpoints are required to have signs and a legal way to avoid the check point such as an opportunity to turn. In reality, if anyone turns prior to the check point, which is perfectly legal, the cops pull them over, assume that they are drunk and administer all of the tests. I am not for drunk driving of course, but studies show that saturation patrol is much more effective in finding actual drunk drivers.

  9. The little piggies do not care about the suspects comfort. If this was another piggy twice the legal limit for being drunk he would get in no trouble and get a free ride home.

  10. It's all about power and dick measuring, that's why he is blocking your camera, just to feel like he has the upper hand and has control of what you get to film.

  11. You just knew these pathetic ass cops was going to block the man from for filming. This is when you know it's wasn't about the man concern, it was about the petty ass cops having something to hide.

  12. It si clear that the Police were lying and that it was not the driver's request, but their request.

    Pigs just are pathological Liars.

  13. I like the nice guy act they put on until they don't like what you're doing.

You should carry a tripod so you can hold it up above.

  14. the reason why he told the police man that he feel uncomfortable it because he wants to feel comfortable and he can concentrate what he doing from not going to jail.

  15. he is gonna say he was distracted and thats why he failed. I agree with your right to film, but I would have just moved out his direct view so he cant claim distraction and get off, you probably inadvertently helped the drunk get off.

  16. Allegedly drunk driver. Remember "innocent until proven guilty". Let's not forget his constitutional rights to a trial.

  17. It's crazy, there in the process of doing a DUI checkpoint but look at all the cops they brought away from the checkpoint just to deal with one guy, who did not look drunk they pretty much embarrassed this guy by making him do the field sobriety test and then they threw a breathalyzer on top of it, why can't they just do the breathalyzer??
Also correct me if I'm wrong it's not illegal to bypass a DUI checkpoint.

  18. — You need a 2nd (or 3rd) "action" camera, that you can put on an extendable pole, Oh, maybe, 8-9 ft long. Raise the action cam up to view over the cop's heads. To block such a shot, they'd literally have to be on top of the "suspect". Or, a T-bar, with a camera on each end, thereby confounding any attempt to block BOTH cameras. Pigs are like dogs. You have to train them, over, and over, and over, until they get it right. Afterall, their brain isn't quite as developed as ours, so it takes time.

  19. — Ha Ha. At 1:47, the cop says, "Even if you could reposition yourself, that'd be great."
    What an opening!
"Well, Officer, I'm sure you'd like me to reposition myself to the "Bent-over, Doggy-style position, but, THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. So, you're gonna have to look for a different date for tonight."

  20. Great video, that seemed very typical and you guys always do a nice job handling yourself, and letting these clowns shoot themselves in the foot.. Keep it up! Oh ya, imagine how much business all those establishments lost, because of the people who were about to go there and then decided not to since there were terrorist present. just sayin..
