31. Seems…odd. But I can understand him getting released, but it should still be "pending". I think the DA should go ahead with the charges. Yes, it may have been "in the heat of the moment", and it was 'violent' in the sense of him just forcefully grabbing it from FP. If he had punched/kicked/pushed down or some other actual attack vs. forceful grab, yeah. I can see why they did what they did. But no matter how it was decided, as far as I know, FP can still go and press charges in a civil course maybe?

    I don't like it, but I understand. 🙁 I'm sure that if FP really presses the matter it will go to court. But if she doesn't, then it will be on his record but that's about it.
