8. The sidewalk should've been closed, as there might have been evidence there. I'll bet you were riding your bicycle on the sidewalk as well, which is against the law. It's a misdemeanor. If you're caught riding your bicycle on the sidewalk in an area where it is not permitted, you will be detained and issued a citation with a hefty fine and penalty assessment. You'd better have your ID or else you'll be arrested and taken in to be processed. I hope you know that. I'm not gonna debate it.
