    When I owned a tow company, the first week after it got cold, below freezing, I'd get impounds of drunk drivers that fell asleep behind the wheel. They'd get in their car or truck, turn the heat up, and proceed to fall asleep behind the wheel.

    The cops that administered the official breath test that was admissible in court, would have to hose out the back of the Bat Mobile as they called it, from all the urine nightly. Once you're in cuffs, they don't come off, so if you gotta go, you pee your pants until you get booked.
