13. I guess the description of age was a bit off as well as hair color.

    Seems strange that a person placed on a year probation would be required to be placed on a sex offender registry for life.

    Katman, was this guy represented by a public defender or private council? Quite possible that after his arrest he lost his job and didn't have the resources to pay for a private defense. I've rarely heard when a public defender goes to trial instead of suggesting a plea deal.

15. In my original video of this incident I blurred the suspects face and censored his name. This was due to my belief that people accused of sex crimes are automatically believed guilty and thus deprived of due process rights and the assumption of innocence. However, now that the individual completed the due process afforded by the Bill of Rights and has in fact been determined to be guilty, I will provide the necessary transparency.
