Lt. Getz likes to talk, I like that about him. If any officer cannot keep it fun, they shouldn't be on the job.

the Lt. gets some of his facts wrong in this video. I can only imagine how many people he has testified against in his career where his word was used as evidence against individuals. Juries and judges almost certainly take the word of police officers as the truth.

This cop acts nice sometimes but he is one of the bad cops because he will cover for any of his boys in blue/black even when he knows they are wrong!

The LT is institutionalised in copdom. He cannot concieve, he cannot fathom, that the reason Daniel beat them in court TWICE was that he was in the right legally. He cannot compute in his cop brain that both times they were legally wrong. He's not kidding either. Institutionalised. And he's a nice fellow. I always like his interviews. But I always know he will never ever stray from the party line, because he knows nothing else.
Don't talk to cops. If you want the truth, talk to retired cops. They'll tell you just about everything.

He is such a smug asshole. Is that an issued muvi bodycam or personal. If it's personal, you should ask him if the recordings are required to be kept for public records. If not, I imagine he would destroy anything that makes him look bad. Who am I kidding, he would probably do that to the footage from an issued bodycam too.
Can you get a copy of the contract between the city and US Tow?. I wonder what kind of a deal US tow has with the city? These cops are running an extortion racket and the corrupt courts are all to willing to assist the corrupt cops.. The courts are what causes the cop's shit to float.
This bald headed cop is so brain washed and disillusioned, it is beyond belief. He actually believes the police is there to help people, but the reality is cops steal your property and violate the 4th amendment every day.. Cops steal more property from people than robbers steal.
