This really makes me mad! When I call the police for a burglary, an auto burglary or a domestic, I get told that "all officers are busy". This guys calls to tell the dispatcher that someone is not committing a crime and she states the police are on the way! California is lost.

The next lawsuit needs to target the pigs that violated civil rights, but also the person that made the call as well as the dispatcher that took the initial call. Both the non-police figures played a huge role in escalating this 100% lawful event in order to risk the life of a law abiding citizen, and need to be held financially responsible for their actions. I imagine a few six figure settlements will make these callers and dispatchers think twice before calling in armed agents of the state for lawful activities.
