17. Isn't that bodycam footage open to public records request? I would think, other than "personal" information, as long as you know the time, date, and location information, that footage SHOULD be available.

We all know most police officers are slower than the average, and aren't the most competent public officials, but after half a decade of seeing all their other blue buddies on YouTube, they're finally starting to get it.
