Her "shock" or frozen state could have been her sympathetic nervous system in overdrive. But… this only lasts a few minutes. While wide awake and IF FRIGHTENED THEN THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO CALL 911. From a medical perspective it makes no sense. And BF has said nothing. Why did they stand beside another friend when he was reading their condolences. They both appeared stone faced. I didn't see facial expressions or emotions. Am I the only one who noticed this?
Well initially didn't Dylan say that she didn't wake until next morning and that's why she didn't call?. The. Said she was frozen with fear, then claims she hid!. Which is it?. I do however know that. that kind of fear, uour brain would never allow you to just fall back to sleep, sorry, that would never happen. Plus she called or texted the other slain female victims and got no answer!. She obviously had her phone in her hand. Why not then call 911!?!?!!?.

Exactly how did he walk past her? Looking at the layout of the 2nd floor, the 2 bedrooms are kiddy corner to each other. It's all in the details. Her bedroom door faces away from Xana's bedroom and straight ahead is the wall of the bathroom and stairs – and it was 4 in the morning – dark. The kitchen is on an angle between the 2 bedrooms. The burning question is if she couldn't see him how did she know what he looked like? How did he get in the house and how did he know the layout so well?? There is a photo of chairs up against the sliding door – Kaylee knew she was being stalked. So those who support the roommates would have us believe that those 2 girls remained in the house with the intense smell of death and blood and didn't do anything for 7 hours?
Theres no law against being an utterly pathetic selfish self absorbed horrible roommate whose cowardice and self preservation instincts are off the charts
Okay, a couple things that im just gonna say. If she was intoxicated like we're made to believe, shes gonna have to pee when she wakes up. Everyone does, especially someone whos been drinking alcohol the night before, so she had to have gone to the bathroom at some point after 4 A.M. I can understand being drozen and fear and hiding, but not calling the cops after hours of time?? I dont know. This case is weird

How she sow him in the darkness and could see his populated eyebrows and he walked by her and didn't see her?
Does she have night vision eyes, or was she using a night vision camera?

I believe she was on drugs there was drugs in the house and she called her friends to clean it up before she called the place that’s by theory
I can understand her being in shock, but what I don't understand is after he left the house why did she not call the police right then instead of 12 noon. That's alot of time passed knowing I heard someone say "someone's in the house and then saw them with my own eyes . My first instinct would be to check on my roommates to ensure everyone was ok

Frozen in fear. When you go out into the Wilderness and are looking for anything you look for movement. Her Stillness could have just made her invisible. That's a possibility in nature animals become invisible when they are still
I can see someone being ‘frozen in shock’ while the guy is walking past you in your home, especially if you are a young girl, but how tf do you get through 8 hours without your conscience convincing you to call ANYBODY like a friend or relative who would likely tell you to call 911, call 911 themselves, or just show up at your house… wouldn’t you realize your friend could be in danger at some point after the fear passed… it shouldn’t be encouraged for ppl to just “experience their trauma in different ways”, it should be taught to NOT do what this girl did if anything like this happens to you

When all my neighbors were watching helpless,some were chased after, I saved my 2 dogs' lives when a big bandog pitbull attacked us. I had mace. And my dogs are big. That type of shyness and terror is not good, God gives you courage. She didn't do it on purpose but inaction is not a mature response. Anything suspicious going on in a shared dwelling you should care about too. Report it, call the cops. I had to call the cops multiple times just to patrol even and they come by quickly, they're great. Also so many ladies living alone and they didn't have a dog that's a guard dog. Imagine if the girls had 3 big smart dogs there. My 3 rough collies go nuts when someone is outside the house. At 4am someone was at my door and my dogs alarmed me and he wouldn't leave, I called the cops. Another night I heard strange noise at night and my collie dogs were going crazy, I turned the garage lights on, grabbed a taser gun and a pepper spray and opened the garage door so that I'm not restricted in a small space like the front door. There was a big dude there with the darkest stare ive seen and didn't expect to see me coming from his back side. I deepened my voice and told him to get the f out and don't come back. He said nothing and left. I'm a female living alone and this attracts all kinds of perverts and burglars. You gotta overcome fear, man up and be aggressive. These ppl are cowards so when they are confronted by someone with courage they lose it.
How close was Dylan Mortensen to see his bushy eyebrows in the dark at 4am, sounds more like an intimate moment. She then immediately froze for 8 hours, which means she instantly knew he was the killer but decides to lock her door and wait. Made phone calls to friends and family first, only to dial 911 lastly… after 8 hours. Sorry but I ain't falling for her bs. An 8 year old child would have dialed 911, but Dylan decided not to.
I'm sorry but to many parts of this story don't add up or make sense. I honestly think the survivor who saw the man in the house but did NOTHING except lock herself in her room and went back to bed for 8 hours SHOULD feel guilty as she's partially at blame here I don't care what some say..

The kicker is that she was able to see him but he was not able to see her.

How many times did a party, chats or gaming continued on the 3 floor till daybreak.
Nothing weird about seeing guests in halloween or theme dress clothing at parties……. Dracula, Frankenstein, batman, etc
This girl did not know she saw a killer.
I believe she was terrified because the screams coming from her roommates being stabbed to death had to be loud and screeching! I cannot believe the roommate that actually saw the killer who walked towards her as she was in a shocked and frozen state. Then the killer just walks past her and out the sliding glass door. The roommate then locks herself in her bedroom and does nothing? How does she NOT call the police until noon or 8 hours later? Maybe she could have possibly saved one of her roommate’s life. Maybe the killer didn’t see her. Wow…something doesn’t sound right about this witnessing roommate’s testimony.
If she had called one of them may have survived!!!! I call it suspicious!
It's possible she went into denial or became numb to what was going on which is a defense mechanism of the body. Sometimes can't control it. I wonder if that's what happened. I know I've been in situations where I'm so shocked I automatically go into denial and don't think about it until a few months pass. Then I realize what really happened and start experiencing the emotions. But I'm not sure if I would had been that shocked to not call the police.
Let's be honest, 90% of young Americans, especially women, have no courage unless they're in a group. Critical thinking skills are also in short supply today. Most of you would have been in a fetal position in a closet, crying and confused if you were in this girl's shoes.
