If you have a hung jury and little evidence that the defendant did the crime or at least the he or her is a risk to society or a risk to himself or others , a reduction of bail should be ensured.

As of 2017 Curtis Lovelace is back home after being found not guilty in a retrial. He opened two civil suits against the counties that falsely accused him, and continues his work now as a defense attorney protecting other innocent falsely accused people.
So tired of persecutors getting away with this nonsense. Poor man.

What the heck! Ruin a mans life! All her friends said she looked like shit 6 months before. I don’t get it! How is the jury hung? I’m not on the jury seeing the evidence but this is just crazy. She’s one hell of a woman holding it down while he’s gone.

I dont blame the man for being angry at his daughter. She totally betrayed him by saying she doesnt remember whether or not she saw her mother, but also she didnt give her dad a heads up that the detective came and talked to her about her mothers death.
