That body posture in death is an OD. I've seen it plenty of times where someone who at first, appeared to be sleeping but was breathing only off and one, and then….nothing. And the not eating, that is a choice we make unconsciously. It is our way of trying to make an outward appearance of needing help so that people will help us because we feel so sick, but no one seems to care, and emotional sickness, just as painful and suffering-inducing, but you don't look sick, so we make ourselves look sick (all subconscious of course, it isn't a thinking decision, it is just something we let happen, hoping someone will step in and care, and stop our pain, even if it is just to take us to a hospital. Even just that action would be enough to entice us into helping ourselves). I've lived through this; and, I got lucky and got better, but told everyone around me that if it ever happens again, grab me by the ear and drag me to the hospital, that I won't fight them. that is all they have to do. What not to do is ignore it and hope it will go away. There was no crime here.

I believe this case should be compared with the findings of the effects Covid-19, the side effects of the shots, the coroner's reports of those who came down with those effects from the shots & also, I know this is a little further fetched but, relevant, also needs to be compared to the hpv study/shots.
Swelling can also be caused by the gmo's in alcohol if the alcohol consumed is not clear & distilled.
