Mike was not eaten by alligators and he did not fake his own death. His wife and Brian are responsible. They did not kill him but they paid someone Brian knew to do it. Brian is still friends with this man.
With all of the murders taking place due to life insurance policies especially without the victim knowing about said policies one would think the laws in all 50 states would change. I think in order for someone to take out a policy on someone other than themselves should have to have that person with them to sign off on it as well. If they dont sign off on it then there is no policy. I also think finger prints and witness's should be present to sign and also I think finger prints of the parties should be required on the document. I think stricter policies would prevent this.
