Ex-Cop Aaron Dean Testifies Why He Shot Atatiana Jefferson

Former Fort Worth police officer Aaron Dean took the stand in his own defense Monday testifying about the events leading up to the shooting of Atatiana Jefferson in October 2019 and why he pulled the trigger. “The gun was pointed directly at me,” he said about Jefferson’s gun. “We’re taught to meet deadly force with deadly force.”

Wait so he says he was staring down the barrel of the gun, but later in the testimony when he was asked how high was the gun raised towards him, he stated that it may have been in the middle of my chest somewhere, he’s not sure! or somewhere around there. now if you’re staring down the barrel of a gun more than likely the gun is usually within eye or head height, unless he was looking down which is ridiculous! so how in the world did he get the two mixed up. I don’t believe it no sir that gun was down to her side you saw the gun or you saw a shadow and you got paranoid and you open fire. I found so many contradicting factors in his story it makes absolutely no sense at all. Now another lie that I noticed, was that when he claimed he announced himself the first time he said he said he announced himself three times before opening fire, then he goes on to say by the second time I announce myself I opened fire. so which one is it did you open fire the second time of the third time. Then he said he saw her fall to the floor! How did when you didn’t even see her hands how could you see her fall to the floor! If she was face down with the weapon by her feet there’s no way she had the gun in the air! The jerk alone from shot would have jerked her hard enough to make the gunn scatter or somewhat tossed
