I am starting to understand why there is so much crime in the USA: cops simply do not have much time and resources left for serious drug gangs, murders, rapes and robberies, after dealing with straight up morons, idiots and crazies :)) It's like there is an epidemic of completely infantile, amateur, childish behavior among large portions of American population. It is sad, really: well-trained officers WASTE their talents, knowledge and technology on stopping completely absurd lunacy! Police just can't be freaking babysitters, it is just PATHETIC.

This is why female cops are ineffective. If there was even 1 dude cop, he would've beaten that suspect into submission instead of talking it out like those 2 females tried to do.
