This is so sad, the children had no idea that soon their own mother and step father were planning to kill them. There is nothing that neither one of them can say that will change the outcome. Let's go back and talk about the facts of this case one factor is the night that JJ disappeared Alex carry the men and Melanie Gibb and her boyfriend David Warwick stated that Alex brought them in and put them in Laurie's bedroom in the next morning he was gone so basically Lori knew when he Alex come back in and removed him so she's completed as an accessory all that happened why other people were sleeping in the house so the defense will never stand
Alibis don’t count for anything if you’re being charged with conspiracy to commit murder

If ya go back to Melanie G police interview she says Lori was at Alex apt putting jj to sleep an that she got up looking for Lori an she wasn't answering her an Lori wasn't there until early morning when they where leaving so I think Lori alibi is telling BS

No matter if she is guilty or not (which she obviously IS…even if only because she KNEW they were being killed, or KNEW they were killed by Alex. GUILTY)… either way, how can she SMILE SO MUCH?? Those were her babies. I am a mother of seven. If two of my children were DEAD, I COULD NOT SMILE! I just don't think I even could make my face make a smile. Like, maybe after a long period of healing and coming to grips, etc, I could get back into life a little, I don't know. But in court?? When the whole matter is ABOUT their deaths?? I don't even think I could literally force my face into a smile…when speaking about them or even hearing their names. Not only could I not SMILE, it would most likely trigger crying. A lot of crying! I would be so totally consumed with deep, profound SORROW all the time. Just typing this makes me feel a little sad to imagine my children dead. She is a piece of work.

She’s had a eye witness, actually two eye witnesses, from the beginning as they were all doing interviews prior to and after the arrest. Chad was nowhere around when Alex carried JJ out & left with him.

This doesn’t “prove” anything. Her brother was her puppet until he no longer served her needs. We all know she’s the reason he killed her ex husband and she’s the reason he killed her kids. Also- any mother who “was innocent” of their children’s murders wouldn’t have helped hide the bodies, get married, and then claim for months to the media that her children were safe.
