After 20+ years as a teacher it looks like that dancer simply has a severe case of hyperactivity and he knows it. He knew he couldn't just sit still in a chair and asked to go to a cell where he could get up and move when he needs to. Hyperactivity is a real thing! Teachers have to deal with kids like this all the time and have come up with creative ways to accommodate kids who NEED to move, get up, walk around, wiggle, DANCE, etc., to accomplish anything!

So basically they put people in the restraint chair that do not follow every rule… So that means the restraint chair is not to restrain people, but to submit them into compliance, as are the pain holds I seen them use on the friendly guy which was completely unnecessary and mean-spirited. You must understand that some people who get into the business of controlling people do so because they enjoy controlling and hurting people without facing the same legal consequences as another dangerous personality type would that does not wear a uniform. This is common I would suspect.

If the guy with the Xanax really didn't lie, which we all know he likely did, if he had that much Xanax and alcohol, he's lucky to be alive. Don't mix alcohol with ANY of the benzodiazepine medications out there. That means things like Xanax, Ativan, Valium, and so forth. You mix those with alcohol and you are in for a very rough time. Sure it can be fun for awhile but you do run a considerable risk of death doing so. They don't play nice with each other and they won't play nice with you either. Be careful out there.

Trooper said he found 34 xanax in Andrew's right front pocket then when the trooper was reading him his charges he said Andrew had 43 xanax in his pocket…..I'm only making this point out of concern for the trooper as he may be suffering from dyslexia
