SPS constantly fails family's, Constantly fails children… and could save lives if they just did their job with diligence. Listen to the people reporting abuse, and dig… fact check and follow up. Every allegation made should be treated as, serious, real and believable but still fact checked and looked into, not just brushed aside without thought and deemed unbelievable… this is how we lose the lives of many… careless behavior, careless attitude, careless thoughts and ultimately careless actions. I'm sorry the system has failed, yet another family, and a father had to lose his son for it.

CPS waste their time taking kids away from safe homes rather than help saving kids who are dying in the hands of their own parents.
The parents who falsely accuse each other of abuse when they split up, are responsible for true cases like this. Unfortunately it muddies the waters until jaded, overworked cps workers end up either not believing or just don't care and its a story that is told over and over till its too late & all you get is 'lessons will be learnt' , but they aren't and its tragic.
The case worker needed to be charged. So damn upsetting! God!

Hold the fucking front door…. The woman was still around the child and even when the father got a video confession about his mother punching the child?! God WTF with wrong with this country?!??!?! Seriously? If any parent is abusive toward the child, they shouldn't have any custody what so ever?!?!
I believe CPS and Social Services need to be sued, along removed for the United States. And then have People who actually care about our children of the future to create a new company around the world, completely dedicated to child abuse.

In some states if u make a child abuse report to help a abused kid few days later a detective will call back and threaten u with jail on intimadation charges ?? How corrupt is that ? No wonder people turn their heads to child abuse. Peeps cant aford to lose their job because of threats like that. Trying to help a neighber kid running to u for help saying his moms boyfriend stabbed him in leg with a fork …stupid system .
