  1. George Wagner was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole plus an additional 121 years, another 81 years and another 8 years for all of the charges, which is a total of 210 years to life in prison without the possibility of parole. He has been unreliable, and he has caused confusion and delay.

  2. Chandler Haldersons Judge said it best to him, I'll give you the same courtesy you gave your parents. The day you step out of prison will be the day you're carried out in a box to your grave. A grave that you didn't even give your parents the respect of having.
    Oof! Chilling statement!

  3. Well Georgie, well done! You out did yourself thinking you did something, eh! You made it in life! I know this is old but hes backcin the news again and I had to rewarch just to remind myself he aint getting a retrial! Lol clap, clap…. clap

  4. It may be starting to become more of a trend for courtroom galleries to become more of such as a aditorium-based setting. That clapper in the background was probably 99% sure that George would get life in prison so the sarcasm could've been spared… as this was no three point shot made. However once again… the people in the gallery might start presenting themselves more and more as fans as opposed to strictly being interpreting spectators… if clapping and whatever and all distractions are allowed.

  5. Let it sink in, George. You could have stopped the murders and have your freedom to this day. You're a coward with an empty soul, without remorse for your crimes. You and your family deserve a horrible life behind bars without the children /grandchildren who were the "reason" for your crimes.

  6. I've said over and over, how can 4 adults ,the Wagners, all agree that the murdering 8 people was the thing to do? Not 1 out of 4 decided that it was wrong and horrific and refused to participate. Psychopath runs deep in thier DNA. Idc how you're raised or who raised you
    4 frigging adults. Not 1 , not 1, had a conscience. Unbelievable.

  7. Oh this guy should have never got that kind of time they should have gave the rest of them the death sentence this guy right here was scared to death of his family and he they let him around like a puppet he had no choice doing what he done

  8. "Willful planning and participation." Says it all. You have to wonder, why do people commit these horrible crimes? Do they really believe they will get away with them? This reading of verdict shows just how criminal this family was. Basically, they are serial killers.

  9. If y’all haven’t watched the victim impact statements I suggest u do. Hannah hazel’s mom‘s was extremely strong and emotional. If billy Wagner goes to trial, I hope Angela and jake’s testimonies are televised. The media is already challenging this law

  10. Justice has not been served. Jake got away easy street compared to the crimes he committed. Jake killed5out of the 8. Yet George killed no one and got the same punishment!?
