   A) if they’re using her good credit to buy the house then obviously she is definitely on the loan for the house.
   B) if they say they will pay the mortgage then there must be a contract that puts them ON THE MORTGAGE
   C) if B or A isn’t true then this woman literally wasn’t paying attention during a simple process.
