Cocky Driver Flees Traffic Stop, Local Sheriff Tracks Him Down

On May 20th, 2025, Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen was driving on the westside of Albuquerque when he observed a black Dodge pickup truck driving reckless and almost causing Sheriff Allen to crash into other vehicles. The driver was identified as 25-year-old Benjamin Vigil, of Albuquerque.

Sheriff Allen was in an unmarked vehicle and engaged his lights and sirens. The truck sped up and fled from the traffic stop. The complaint says the Sheriff was able to obtain license plate information and BCSO deputies were able to find his home.

  1. Not to say anything derogatory but when a white kid gets arrested they treat them so good. I guess maybe the cops think of them as someone they remind them of their family. Brothers , nephew or something. Maybe is not racism but protection . A black kid would have not been treated so well.

  2. YouTube Legal Chair Warriors, Assemble!
In today’s battleground of the algorithmic arena, we bear witness to the ultimate clash of keyboard champions. On one side: the self-declared scholars of Section 1983. On the other: sovereign citizens armed with questionable PDFs and an ironclad belief in their own infallibility.

Watch in awe as these legal gladiators cite obscure codes, misquote precedents, and challenge reality itself—all for a chance to win the sacred prize: The Double Cap of Certainty™, bestowed only upon the most confidently incorrect!

Who will triumph? Who will be ratioed into oblivion?
    Let the comments commence.
