NYPD Officers from the 90Pct are seen here brutalizing a black man in his hallway after entering his apartment without a Warrant…..While the guy is screaming in pain WITHOUT RESISTING, they assaulted him, they also placed their knee on his neck while they tased him in his ribs & back……
This is by definition called “Gang Assault” and a Violation of his 1st & 4th Amendment Rights of the Constitution.
