  1. "The neighbors who refused to help were part of the tragedy" No one knew what was going on. Criminals will fake like they are having an issue just to get people to open their door then rush in. Its better to call 911 than risk a potential home invasion.

  2. Malachi Alan Crockett's sentencing:

    * Guilty Plea: Malachi Alan Crockett pleaded guilty to three counts of carjacking and aiding and abetting, as well as one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a carjacking.

    * Crimes Committed: On March 21, 2023, Crockett and two juvenile accomplices committed three carjackings in Albuquerque. During each carjacking, Crockett was armed with a loaded pistol. In one incident, multiple shots were fired at a witness, causing her to crash her vehicle.

    * Sentencing: Malachi Alan Crockett, then 19, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for his role in the crime spree. There is no parole in the federal system.

    * Potential Penalties (prior to sentencing): Initially, Crockett faced imprisonment of up to 15 years for each carjacking count and a consecutive term of up to life in prison for using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

It's important to note that federal sentencing guidelines and specific circumstances of the case, including plea agreements, can influence the final sentence.

Other individuals cases are currently ongoing.

  3. You can't castigate people for not helping. For all they know it's a setup and she's the bait. As scared as she is I'm impressed with her observation skills and ability to pass on the information.

  4. Why no attempted murder? It was said they shot at that woman between the homes. Lemme guess. $0 cash bond, liberal judge, and they eventually will be sentenced to 3yrs (serving just 19mo), only to do the same shyt in 2yrs. PsOS.
