Smuggler Crashes Twice During Reckless Escape Attempt

Laredo, Texas — On May 9, 2025, a smuggler in a white Dodge Challenger led TXDPS Troopers on a high-speed vehicle pursuit ion IH-35 in Webb County. During the pursuit, the smuggler, Humberto Misael Garcia, of Laredo, recklessly evaded Troopers, reaching speeds of 100 mph in through neighborhoods. Garcia crashed into a wall, which caused the hood to fly open but he kept driving with the hood up for several miles before disregarding a traffic light that caused him to crash into another vehicle. He then bailed out of the vehicle and led Troopers on a short foot pursuit until a taser was a deployed. Garcia was arrested and charged with smuggling of persons, evading arrest, failure to stop and render aid and reckless driving. Troopers located four illegal immigrants inside the vehicle and referred them to the US Border Patrol.

    1. 0:37 Якобы не вписался в поворот, но видно, что это просто плохая актёрская игра.

    All of these Challenger pursuits are getting tiresome. These people think if they get in a fast car they can get away from anyone when they actually have the driving skill of a tween.

    He actually yelled in Spanish to the officer that he was hurting him….despite him seconds earlier smashing into an innocent car. That's why these types can very rarely actually change….All of us have illogical moments here and there; but for others it's a permanent mentality. Jail for 30 years no parole. He'll still have a chance to live some sort of life on the outside and it'll start sending a message that it's not worth it.

    My 3 cylinder sounds just like it. Funny tough it only got 90hp. People always look weird wtfly is that..😂 A daily sounds like a 10 cylinder viper. It's not as loud but it has same sound.
