  1. So many of you on this thread are fully ignorant! A victim DOES NOT HAVE TO have visible marks on them in order to prove that abuse and/or assault has occurred. Police arrest people all the time who abused their spouses without visible marks. You can tell by someone's emotional shape that they have been abused physically.

  2. Thay are watching me at my nans house so i went to the hotel for two days and thay ware just watching me all day all night back at my nans thay are still watching me??? What do i do ?????

  3. He is still in the wrong. If by law he can't kick out verbally and physically then he has to evict her. Not push her out. Regardless I see an insecure man and both of them are separated for over 6 months. How is she cheating? I see all around a power dynamic of controlling abusive behavior. She can't run. Her life is fully taken away by an ex husband.

  4. we have a brooking system no wonder mfers don't have a father around because of cops, cops will aid woman in lying to put men in jail. instead of helping families these cops are destroying families.

  5. I don't know if that arrest is fair. I think they had an argument, she drove off. He got pissed and called the cops. I don't think he hit her at all.. but do notice that he said they argued but then said he hadn't seen her at all that night… how did she know what he was wearing and all of the details of that day? I think they are as bad as each other.

  6. What in the amber herd did I just witness??? That women is lying through her teeth, she knew how to twist it in her favor. Claiming he hit her and described his outfit to make her story more plausible

  7. In the first segment with the girl and the husband that called in saying that his ex-wife took his white truck but they’re still married still in the same house they shouldn’t be an issue of saying that your ex-wife stole the car because it’s a 50-50 ownership so how can he accuses wife of stealing the car that doesn’t seem right in the first place the domestic issue

  8. Good thing these cops aren't detectives. I support law enforcement but come on. They planted the seed, did he hit you. Just because she knows what he's wearing has nothing to do with whether she stole the truck. They did Not ask if he got physical with her. Poor, poor policing.

  9. I'm really glad that BS domestic violence loophole has been closed. She literally just made up some shit about getting slapped or whatever which no one seen but the plantiff and the defendant. Thank God you can't just make up a bs altercation to a cop now to get someone arrested no More he said she said.

  10. Well now this just goes to show to everybody that you're guilty until proven innocent it doesn't matter if they have marks on them or not if a woman says that if she's been touched and if it's true or not the person goes to jail the best thing to do is if you get into some sort of altercation don't even call the cops don't even have them present and don't even talk to them innocent and when it comes to domestic violence cases it doesn't matter either one party or everybody goes to jail and a lot of innocent people get hemmed up with these BS charges because nothing really happened and all they did was lie and it happens all the time.
