Hanley vandalized another computer in the adult reading area before walking back to the circulation desk. Hanley walked from the library to the 4300 block of Dawes Street, where he was located by arriving San Diego Police officers.
Hanley was walking down the sidewalk when officers arrived. Officers gave Hanley commands to put his hands up and the hatchet down. After officers gave Hanley commands to put his hands up and drop the hatchet, Hanley responded, “No. I’m going to create a scene and the whole world sees it.” officers continued to give Hanley commands to drop the weapon. He did not comply. As officer Bloemendaal approached, Hanley raised the hatchet above his head, Officer Bloemendaal discharged his service weapon. They tell us that 😅
What a crybaby. Essentially the equivalent of "mOm, WaTcH mE!!!!!"
The WOKE and lefties movements tricks the mind of people so much that even they see a clear dangerous with an axe they still act like nothing happened… like it's not ok to label this crazy as dangerous.
"There's a man with an axe in here!" Dispatch: "What is your phone number?"
You think officer Bloemendaal was glad or sad after he managed NOT to kill that dude after he emptied a mag into him?😅
he took that unnecessary amount of lead and still survived O_o;
How tf do you survive that? 😅
That police officer turned him into a human colander
But why you got to unload on the dude when he's already down?
libraries, not known for their brightest customers apparently
As Turk Sollozzo said in the Godfather: "5 shots and he's still alive." I think I heard more than 5 shots in this video. Maybe he was mad because his Library Card expired.
That library needs to stock up on books about self defense – those readers were too chill, one even turned his back to this dude in close proximity😨😨
Dude pissed he couldn't find the DIY "How To Hack" section.
This is what Gavin Newscum has done
Obviously, this gentleman was very upset about the fees he received for returning his books late.
Bloke hits the floor and cop still unloads the other half of his mag… fkn hell..
You can tell its CA by how all the people in the library are clueless and no one had a CCW
Too bad California brutally infringes on citizens' 2nd Amendment rights… if this was Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, or other great states, the police would just be documenting the scene where a criminal died
This video almost perfectly summoned up the state of America 😂
That'll teach him not to bully library tables. huh
A man is wandering through the library with an axe, and the others just sit there, numb and indifferent.
Anti-digitalization protester.
Not shocked. The "yoo-shhh".
It is terrifying to think that one minute you are just having a normal day in library then this happens. Even though the people were ridiculously slow in catching on,their calmness as moving away most likely saved their lives. Dread to think what he would have done if they had said anything.
Those people vote.
The pure lack of survival instincts is honestly embarrassing
Damn 10 shots and he lived? Should have brought the One Tap guy from the next video.
Can only imagine a none American watching this thinking this is just normal day life😭😂 especially watching how the public reacts in these videos😳😂
They don’t try and use a taser first anymore ?
Well he dropped the axe…
Many extension cords were hurt in the making of this video lol
That homeless dude survived a magdump? The aim of that cop was on par with a stormtrooper.
Wow, a dispatcher who actually sends officers before asking a bunch of silly questions?
The people in the library are more concerned what are happening on their phones than they are with the crazy dude wielding a axe standing next to them 💀
Funny how he dropped with the first round, yet the officer continued to drop 10 plus more rounds in him while on the ground.
Dont bring an 🪓 to a gun fight
That's not what he axed for…
why?
Y'all commenting on the "situational awareness" of people at the library have clearly never been in a public library before. These are people zonked out on drugs just browsing porn and social media. They don't give a shit about a guy with an axe. They've seen worse in their lives.
Walks into library, destroys the technology in there, welcome back, Ted Kaczynski
