  1. More information and the outcome of his case:
    He was charged with:
1 SHOOTING AT, WITHIN OR INTO A VEHICLE (FELONY – 2ND DEGRE)

    2. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF (FELONY – 3RD DEGREE)
He initially pleaded not guilty to both charges. On 5/20/2021, he was released on a total $12,000 surety bond. On 3/16/2022, he pled Guilty to the first charge, and adjudication was withheld. He was sentenced to: 18 months probation, with special conditions of 30 hours community service – no buyout allowed, completion of an 8 hour anger management course, forfeiture of the gun used in this offense, completion of a firearm safety course, no contact with the victim; a total of $2,250 in fines, costs, and fees – all of which has been paid. On 1/27/2023, probation was terminated early.

He has no prior criminal history, but he has received a total of 9 traffic infractions between 2014-2022. These include: Failure to obey a traffic control device; careless driving; reckless driving; driving on the wrong side of the road; speeding 20-29 mph over the speed limit; following too closely; unsafe passing/overtaking; registration expired 6 months or more; passing in a no passing zone (2 times); operating a vehicle on the wrong side of the road. He either took a defensive driving course, pled Guilty, or pleaded No Contest (adjudication was withheld) for all but the first of these tickets (which was dismissed). It seems he still has a license.

(Edited to include bond information, update probation conditions)
