  1. Not one of them should walk away without charges, people are just evil these days more & more & end up ruining their lives over nothing & not even an inkling of a care for someone elses feeling. Thank you for a very good detailed video. Condolences to that broken hearted family, RIP

  2. If you are not a subscriber, you are missing out on the BEST channel on YouTube. Tyler brings us unseen videos from anywhere else. His videos are so intense and captivating. His video formats is spot on and he used his own voice to narrate his videos. Thank you Tyler for the great work that you put in. Much appreciated!

  3. More information and the outcome of his case:
He was charged with: Second Degree Murder (F2); Armed Robbery (F2); Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle (1st Offense) (F4); Attempt to Commit a Felony, to wit: Armed Robbery (F3); Larceny (Over $500 but not more than $2,500) (F4) ; Possession of Stolen Vehicles or Motor Vehicles (F4); Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (F4) . On 3/18/2024, he pled Guilty to the first three charges and was adjudicated Guilty; the remaining charges were dismissed. His sentence is not public, but I can see that he is currently in jail today. I can't find any more information.
The estate of his victim has filed a lawsuit against Baiza and the Walmart where this incident took place; the case against Walmart was dismissed with prejudice; I cannot see what outcome was reached, if any, with Baiza.
Earlier that year, he had been arrested for Battery (household member); Aggravated Assault (deadly weapon) (household member); Criminal Damage to Property (Over $1000); Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor; Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle (1st Offense) ; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer (Refusal to Stop). Most of those charges were dismissed, but he pled guilty to the last charge and was adjudicated Guilty. I'm assuming his sentence will run concurrent to his current one.
