  1. Since most people in Portland don’t have peckers the cops was dumbstruck to find one. That’s why each cop had to stare at his so they know what one looks like. They each took turns giving him a private cavity search. That’s the Portland cops for ya.

  2. Imagine the reaction if they had dragged him over a thistle! Guess it would discourage that behaviour! But if it's illegal to walk around naked why is it perfectly all right for the police to parade him around without covering him with at least a blanket? Seems stupid to me, but in a country where nudity is worse than owning 25 guns, what can you expect?

  3. That moreno can strip search me anytime, damn! If this guy was in Vermont, he wouldn't have been arrested. Walking around naked is NOT a crime as long as you left your house or car that way. Stripping in public IS illegal, with some restrictions.
There are always hippies walking around naked down our pedestrian mall, and tourists call the cops on them, but the cops can't do anything. No crime, no foul!

  4. haha thats a funny one =) if nude people would be your only problem in america you could be very happy !
that karen who called the cops on him " uh uuuhh he showed me his penis" and at home she is sad because she had no penis for years O.o

  5. Ahhh Portland, land of the snobbiest most delusional and idiotic people in all the lower 48! Congrats Oregon you are killin it in producing less than satisfactory human specimens while bragging about being the best at the same time. Mind boggling how many fart smellers you produce. I lived in Oregon for a long time so this is my opinion From what I’ve seen with my own eyes and It’s not pretty. Inn and out tho!!!!
