That truck driver should have some fault because they got a damn cdl and you telling me they didn’t see that police car in their mirror 💀, gotta be aware of your surroundings that’s why speed limits exist and that’s why vehicles have brakes but at the same time if this dumbass would of just stopped instead of fleeing, he wouldn’t have gotten a felony for one and this accident with that semi truck would of never happened!
well, the cop should be given a ticket for not using his side mirror which resulted in a crash
