   lol yea I hold a master's degree in cultivation, production and sale of cannabis and this is NOT what caused her to have medical issues it is proven by medical professionals to stop seizures that blunt, or joint was NOT just cannabis, and you cannot refute factual information just do a little research

    He got arrested because he took his kid to the hospital instead of calling 911. The reality is that they're just trying to stick him with charges rather than figuring out if he deserves to be punished. Yeah, he was stupid to leave that in the kid's reach, but he did take her to seek help as soon as it was clear something was wrong. So it's not protecting anybody, not even his own kid, to put him in jail. Hopefully he gets a good judge, but I'm sure he'll get one of the, "Lesters get parole, potheads get life," types.

    Weed has to go through a process called decarboxilation before it is active, so eating a raw bud, or a raw weed joint would in turn to nothing at all to the toddler. Sigh.. people still know so little about weed.

    I can say this now my kid is grown. I left a can of beer on the coffee table once. My son (3 years old) drank it, more like sipped spit it out . He's currently 18 and can't stand even the smell of beer. He doesn't even like alcohol, which I'm happy as hell about. Totally different from me at his age. 😊. Hope baby girl is OK

    Doesnt look like she ate a little bit of the weed that he was suppoused to be rolling. Sounds more like hes been smoking inside with the baby, (1.. 2.. 3… Blunts or so) and the second hand weed and tabacco flom the blunt paper coused it.

    She ate the shroom, not the weed. You can’t get high from eating the raw plant, and I can’t imagine chewing and swallowing it.
    A mushroom she’s seen people eat before. That’s what she consumed, which must have been terrifying for her.

    No matter the guys actions, blaming him for not calling the police was weird. If I had done something similar and even if I were deemed to face the consequences I would assume that the hospital would contact police and that they would contact me. It wouldn't even cross my mind to call them.

    The baby had a seizure yet all the THC experts here saying it can't harm a baby. eye roll She probably ate the blunt he'd already smoked down – already heated and activated. It happens all the time to toddlers and small dogs.

    Eating flower can cause gastrointestinal issues when consumed as unaltered flower but the thc is not scientifically capable of affecting someone when consumed in that way. The child probably had a tummy ache though this is a good warning to anyone to baby proof and not be neglectful because way worse can happen.

    Lol everyone is blaming the weed when he had mushrooms in clear sight and reach of the child. Raw flower will not harm you. He definitely was either mixing stuff together, or the child ingested those mushrooms aswell. Or maybe it was the dog piss all over everything…?

    Not really that much of a difference but joints are normally paper containing no tobacco.

    And blunts are tobacco wraps with weed stuffed inside.

    Pretty big difference for a toddlers health thoe.

    So he got home recent enough for the cop to see his ride leaving, but he has no drugs left to show the officers because he threw it all away 😂 (and apparently the garbage truck also made a visit or they would just be on top in the garbage can)
