  1. Perhaps Mr Knowles could argue that because his signs were aggressively slapped off him and kicked, that he was in fear of being assaulted, thus he dropped to the ground on threat of illegal arrest? Resisting surely only counts when it is a legal arrest?

  2. The fact that these disgusting garbage cops didn't spend time in prison for this conclusively demonstrates that our "justice" system is completely and irredeemably illegitimate. The only way to restore any level of legitimacy is to remove all forms of legal immunity for all public offices. Government shouldn't be allowed to commit crimes.

  3. None of the 3 "law enforcement officers" there cared about the Bill of Rights, or even the Texas ID law. Yet, people will still say "Oh, it's only a FEW BAD APPLES." I guess this guy unfortunately happened to draw three of the rare bad apples at the same time. What are the odds?

  4. The ONLY criminals in this entire video are the cops. I doubt any charges for kidnapping or false imprisonment will ever be filed against them, but they sure as hell need to be if we're going to start holding them actually accountable.

  5. Because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it. This is nothing more that click bait for clout. Don't be this guy. Are we now reduced to people making up stuff like this to goad police vs actual bad police behavior? Dude gets a D- for his belly flop and laying on his back like a dieing whale. What a clown

  6. It's absolutely shocking how stupid, disgusting, psychopathic, and blatantly incompetent law enforcement officers are

  7. First, never ignore the police. That's a clear and present sign of an bad auditor that does more harm than good. It may be your right, but its not something any judge is likely to sympathize with.

Cops, good or bad are a part of the criminal justice organization meaning the judge will always have to acknowledge it in order to make a ruling. Besides, by not responding you give the the cops a valid reason and legal cause to stay and further investigate (or intimidate).

If you're doing a First Amendment audit it's OK to tell them that. If they ask for a reason or additional details about your purpose. Give them your Youtube channel (ref. About Page) and tell them to LIKE/SHARE, and SUBSCRIBE to your channel. Now you can plead the 5th or just keep repeating the above statement.

If you end up in court now, the focus will be on the cop that has to defend his reasoning, not you.

The sign is not a complaint since it breaks no laws. The 911 operator should have told the caller that. The first glitch in our antiquated system is the poorly trained 911 operators. Profanity, verbal, signed, or written, is distasteful, totally low-class, but it's not illegal.

One more thing, don't ask the cops if you're doing something illegal. For cops can lie. And second, they will frequently misrepresent the truth to get you to comply. Or trump up a charge (like they did here) in order to arrest you.

Besides, if you didn't already know if your doing something illegal you shouldn't be an auditor. First rule of Auditing: Do you homework. Check and double check the law. Then check again.

One more thing, Passive Resistance? It occurs to me that charge could be a universal charge that applies to just about anyone since I don't know many people that want to be arrested.

  8. Profantiy. They should know by now that profanity, in and of itself, is not illegal. What was it that that cop said? "Ignorance of the law is no excuse"? Oh the FRIGGIN IRONY!
