Yep, only a dumb idiot who is on parole will pull a joint out of their pockets, in full view of the cops who is 2 feet away. The guy who fled the scene after the store manager confronted him was in a real hurry to get away, after the cop fired several shots at him and he forgot his wallet with ID on the scene. Now that takes a special kind of stupid idiot to make such a huge mistake. 🤣
