  2. Most likely was that busted muffler that caught the attention of the cops. Defunding isnt the answer we need to reduce the opportunities for interaction and fines. There should not be an option to talk to a citizen and write a ticket for a muffler. There shiuld only be a real crime as reason to be compelled to speak to cops on the street. No tailights no headlights none of that bullshit book of excuses used to abuse those working to pay the cops salary.
