Did the camera man really ask if they shot them with baby powder? Wtf? Or was that about applying aide, either way just no. Also I find those "Guards" more than pussies for shooting a pepperball at a 2 man fight to break it up. There are ACTUAL De-Escalation techniques that can be had at that moment…. Especially with more guards than inmates in the cell. I feel all of this shows how much the government really wastes our money on expenditures like that.
