Why judges enable women like that. That judge who have the custody to the mother is the enabler. A woman sold her kid; another one left him to probably die; another kill their kids; …etc.

I'll never understand why mothers that don't want to parent or aren't good at it right so hard for custody. Its usually out of spite for the other and has nothing to do with the kids. If that judge would have taken some time and looked through this women's bs that kid would be alive today.
An individual who is suicidal is NOT always homicidal. I attempted suicide in 2017 and CPS monitored me closely for a year, REQUIRING me to get treatment or risk losing my children. I went into counseling immediately and got back on meds.
The system failed those kids by not requiring the mother to get help in order to maintain any sort of custody. Parents are not perfect; no one is. But she was extremely sick. Now her baby boy is most likely dead due to lack of proper supervisor and lack of intervention.
The judge is a wacko… shame on the judge for signing the kids death warrant!

Sorry but I’d either push the car or take both even my 14 year old sister knows what to do in any situation especially if a child is involved 🤦â€â™€ï¸ some of these parents need to really think about what it actually means to have the blessing of a child
