  1. Police continue to interrogate people like this and push them into confessions. So many stories like this because once they get that confession, they feel good evidence or not. I've now seen so many cases like this, not just in the US but in Australia, etc., and not just black people. Anyone the police can break and stop themselves from doing their jobs. It's either this, or they mess up all evidence carelessly.

  2. They wouldn’t of done no one white like that the stereotypes they have of us are crazy they could of checked for DNA if there was a struggle check her fingernails !!

  3. Let me tell you, giving the police any kind of story WILL NEVER help your case and will not get them off your back when their determined to lock you up. Police corruption at it's finest. What gets me, the family paid for a lawyer and the lawyer was trash and just didn't care.

  4. Jesse this popped up for me to watch again! Makes me mad all over again! You are a wonderful person with a HUGE heart! Anyone thats doubts the truth is the devil himself! Stay blessed my friend you got this!

  5. what can compensate someone for losing the 40 prime years of their lives…17-57 in jail…its basically the years you really live… anything thing before that is a child…anything thing after that is an old man nearing retirement… what a shame

  6. Ooh clearly is not bright at all. Maybe he was arrested for being stupid, bcoz how in the hell did he come up with that confession story, later on to even think of a story to confess to .

  7. This is horrible. We had in Poland a guy released after 18 years, because DNA finally proved that he had nothing to do with rape and killing the 15 year old girl and I thought that was already disgusting, that they took 18 years. They took 40 years from this man…

  8. I hate it when the people in these shows put emphasis on what people around the victim or in town BELIEVE happened. What does that matter at all? There are many cases in which the public is convinced of a person's guilt then they end up being innocent. There are also cases in which everyone thinks the murderer is innocent. Public opinion and the opinions of the victim's or accussed's family members are not reliable. Opinions are irrelevant.

  9. I think the state of Maryland, the Cherry Hill P.D. and the city owe him a million dollars for every year this man was incarcerated. I think that's fair for what they did to him.

  10. Damn shame! Laws were very different back then, if he was under 18 then his parents should've been there, if he had money then he would've never been locked up and not to mention his IQ

  11. There's always a person who may not understand the story.. but it's alright though, and for your information Mr Brown I'm home and was found innocent.. May God Bless you..

  12. This guy is a fucking idiot you really think your gonna go home after confessing to a murder you can blame the police but blame yourself for being dumb idc what your IQ is its common sense
