An audio recording was played in court Wednesday of lead detective Jessica Bethel speaking to accused child killer Letecia Stauch, and her husband Al Stauch, the day after her stepson went missing. Letecia is accused of murdering her stepson, Gannon Stauch, on January 27 and traveling with his body in a suitcase to Florida and dumping it under a bridge.

Gannon didn't send those texts message, didn't start the fire either. I believe she started the fire to cover blood. He was playing with a candle, never asked for bath salt🤬 Their no friend with a car. He was already died

I think the candle accident happen ed and he was gone a tell his dad, so she gave him hydrocodone. He prob was given to much. The video shows him walking inebriated. She prob panicked and killed him.
I'm glad that the jury could see through her insanity plea as completely bogus and without merit. The lengths that she went to before and after the killing Gannon showed premeditation and planning, and consciousness of guilt in the extreme. I highly doubt that any of the "paranoia" she exhibited was the result of any pre-existing mental illness, but rather knowing that she had a body in the back of the vehicle she was using. She needs prison, not a secure hospital. I'm sorry that his parents have lost their son, and that Gannon will never get to experience the life that he could have.
As a mother this really breaks my heart. I remember my son at that age, and he and his friends of around the same age would be playing out front with their dinosaurs, cars and spaceships. They were in and out of their homes to get popsicles and snacks for all, laughing and jostling before going back outside. I just can't imagine any of them getting hurt or killed, especially by those people who are supposed to care for them the most. Letecia Stauch? Throw away the key.

Think of the cost to society in so many ways! The monetary costs are hard to calculate but she sent all the detectives, FBI, neighbors and friends all chasing their tails. Now there are lawyers and jurors, court costs, incarceration, lifelong trauma to so many who will need care in the future… Millions and millions of dollars no doubt because she had to be a disgusting excuse for a human being.

I know it is to catch lies and errors AND FIND Gannon…if you're honest and you tell the same story over and over then eventually they will stop learning new things and stop the questioning.
