  1. Amazing work on the prosecutors side he held back not once he let loose just as if that ex cop were a regular citizen that has committed a major crime he was fair and passionate about this case god bless this prosecutor 🙏🏼

  2. It’s good we are starting to finally hold the police accountable for their actions. We should hold everyone to the same level and keep DT from ever being able to run for office in the land.

  3. Omg I love this prosecutor.
Seriously, he held nothing back and prosecuted this man as the guilty dog he is instead of being biased and lightly prosecuting him.
I was really touched to see how effective and passionate both prosecutors were throughout this case! I know Atatiana's family was grateful for how they represented their loved one.

  4. Prosecutor guessed exactly right, when he said “what were u excited to get that kind of call, you had to go in there all gun ho?” That’s exactly what he did trying to make a name for himself and save the day. Yea he saved the day aight.

  5. I do not like this prosecutor at all..he asked ridiculous questions and was argumentative and the judge should have stopped him..he’s trying to make an example of him, probably running for office

  6. The policeman never dropped a tear and he didn't look sorry about the young lady dying. he just had this Stone face like the prosecution said. I wonder who else he has did this too got away with it.

  7. Should have shown the jury what 1/2 sec looks like.
Like suddenly shouting a command to touch their noses. Then in 1/2 second start finger shooting them. "You're dead. You're dead. You're dead. But I told you what to do. I gave you a command. So why are you all dead? Is it because you didn't do as I said"?

  8. The scene was observed and officers determined it was possible burglary in progress. What adult shovels hamburgers in oven and go play shooting games, causes a fire, leaves front door wide open and goes back to playing shooting games! All this with minor in the house! Officers didn’t just go there because they had nothing better to do and they don’t shoot occupants! I would have done the same especially when nobody bothered to mention there suppose to be a child in the house. If it wasn’t the case then why didn’t the neighbor shout fir the occupants after he observed the trash and the door open? Why did he stated he would have but he has no gun and he doesn’t feel save to go there! So what makes you think the officers should have handled this differently than the neighbor? The first thing one would do is get the child of the bed and shelter with the gun in their hand ready for to protect themselves and call 911 not grab a gun and go pointing it at a window simply because it’s their house. Too many shooting games! You don’t grab a gun and leave a child on the bed exposed to danger! If anyone feels threatened or in danger they wouldn’t stand on the window, but grab the child and the gun and call 911! If she had done this dispatcher would have told her that’s officers on scene very likely and to stay where she is until the dispatcher checked with the officers! I’ve never seen it even in movies someone grabbing a gun and going straight to the window in dark! Exactly why the officer fired! Who on the right mind would think terrified occupants would hold a gun behind a window exposed…

  9. This closing is a disaster by the prosecution. They have no case so they have to misrepresent the law and break the rule of impartiality on the part of the jurors. They should be in jail for malpractice.
